Position Overview :

Were looking for a Female Pilates & Exercise Specialist who brings not only knowledge and passion for movement, but also warmth, empathy, and encouragement to every session.

Youll be working hands-on with clients in Malvern and Phoenixville, providing personalized fitness and Pilates-based sessions designed to improve posture, mobility, strength, and confidence all within the comfort of their homes.

This role is ideal for someone who blends a trainers precision with a coachs compassion someone who can meet clients where they are and help them discover what their bodies are capable of.

    • Responsibilities :

  • Conduct one-on-one fitness and Pilates-based training sessions (in-home or on-site).
  • Design customized programs focusing on core strength, alignment, flexibility, and functional movement.
  • Incorporate mat and apparatus-based Pilates techniques (Reformer experience a plus).
  • Foster motivation and accountability through supportive coaching.
  • Track progress and modify plans based on client goals.
  • Educate clients on safe, mindful movement and balanced living.
  • Represent GYMGUYZ values with professionalism, warmth, and integrity.

    • Qualifications :

  • Nationally recognized personal training certification (e.g., ISSA, NASM, ACE, ACSM).
  • CPR / AED certification.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of exercise physiology, anatomy, and nutrition.
  • Willingness to travel to clients' homes and work flexible hours.
  • Team player or collaborative with others.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Reliable transportation and a valid drivers license.
  • Flexible schedule, including availability for evenings and weekends.
