This role will involve designing, implementing, and managing scalable ServiceNow solutions that align with enterprise goals and compliance standards. The ideal candidate will have experience in ServiceNow architecture, security compliance, and IT Service Management (ITSM) frameworks, along with a passion for innovation in enterprise automation and digital transformation.

Job Description :

Trilyon is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Architect to lead the design and implementation of enterprise-grade ServiceNow solutions. The ServiceNow Architect will be responsible for developing architectural blueprints, overseeing platform governance, and ensuring compliance with organizational security and regulatory standards. This role requires a deep understanding of ServiceNow modules, integration strategies, and best practices for scalability and maintainability.

Key Responsibilities :

Design and implement scalable ServiceNow architectures, ensuring alignment with business objectives and IT strategy.

Develop comprehensive architectural blueprints, data models, and technical documentation for ServiceNow solutions.

Ensure all ServiceNow implementations comply with corporate security, data privacy, and regulatory standards (e.g., SOC2, HIPAA, GDPR).

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into effective ServiceNow configurations and workflows.

Integrate ServiceNow with other enterprise systems using REST / SOAP APIs and mid-server configurations.

Provide architectural oversight during the development and deployment phases to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.

Evaluate existing ServiceNow modules and recommend upgrades or enhancements to improve platform efficiency.

Drive innovation by adopting new ServiceNow capabilities such as AI-powered virtual agents, automation workflows, and predictive intelligence.

Conduct regular system audits and performance reviews to maintain platform health and reliability.

Mentor ServiceNow developers and administrators, fostering knowledge sharing and technical excellence across the team.

Technical Skills & Expertise :

8+ years of experience in ServiceNow development and architecture roles.

Proficiency in ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, and Discovery.

Experience developing integrations with external systems using APIs, Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub.

Strong understanding of ServiceNow security models, access control (ACLs), and compliance frameworks.

Ability to produce high-quality architectural and technical documentation.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence technical direction.

Preferred Qualifications :

Certified ServiceNow System Administrator (CSA), Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS), or Certified Technical Architect (CTA).

Hands-on experience in designing enterprise-scale ServiceNow deployments across multiple business units.

Familiarity with scripting languages (JavaScript, GlideScript, AngularJS) and modern web standards.

Knowledge of ITIL, Agile, and DevOps methodologies.

The ServiceNow Architect will play a critical role in ensuring platform stability, performance, and compliance while driving the digital transformation goals of the organization. The ServiceNow Architect will work closely with both business stakeholders and technical teams to create secure, scalable, and efficient ServiceNow solutions that enhance operational excellence.
