Practice Overview
- You'll join a small team of 2 anesthesiologists and 4 CRNAs in a collegial, low-acuity environment
- Practice at a non-trauma hospital with no cardiac cases; primary mix includes general surgery, GI, and OB
- 4 ORs plus surgery center; CRNAs handle GI ablations independently
Schedule
Call burden includes 1 : 14 first call, 1 : 16 second call, 1 : 5 day call, and 1 : 5 weekend call48-hour call rotation with no formal shifts; work until cases are completedOB coverage is infrequent and manageablePredictable schedule with minimal night disruptionsCompensation & Benefits
