Work Location : Warner Center, Fourth Floor, 332 Fifth Avenue, Pittsburgh, PA 15222-2411
Schedule : 15 to 20 hours per week, Monday to Friday, occasional evenings and weekends as needed.
Travel Required : Some travel may be required

As the Program Assistant , you would be responsible for the administrative support of all homeownership contracted programs.
Manage scheduling, create reports, and maintain documentation for programs as directed.

Requirements :
Associate degree AND 3 years’ experience
Required Education : Business Administration, Business Management, or related field.
Required Experience : Pervious Administrative, Secretary, Data management or related experience.
Required Clearances, Licenses, and Certifications :
- Candidates are expected to provide current, valid clearances (Child Abuse Clearance, FBI Fingerprints Clearance, and PATCH) prior to their first day of employment.
- Candidates must have proof of full COVID 19 vaccination status OR be willing to obtain the COVID vaccine OR provide an applicable medical / religious exemption prior to the first day of employment.
