Providing strategic oversight for enterprise capital management, the full-time salaried Director of Capital Management will lead the development and execution of capital planning and investment strategies while ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and operational excellence. Key responsibilities Lead the enterprise-wide Capital Management, Design, and Construction function, ensuring capital investments meet client needs and growth strategies Establish governance frameworks and project delivery standards to drive consistency and accountability across capital programs Oversee financial management of capital initiatives, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance measurement Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Business, Finance, or a related discipline Master's degree (MBA or related) preferred Professional certifications such as PMP, CCM, DBIA, PE, RA, or LEED AP are highly desirable 15+ years of progressive leadership experience managing enterprise capital programs or large-scale project portfolios Proven ability to manage portfolios exceeding $150M+ annually with executive-level financial accountability
