divh2Interventional Oncology Embolization Associate/h2pBoston Scientifics Interventional Oncology Embolization (IOE) Associate is a transitional role to prepare candidates to become a Sales Consultant within the Interventional Oncology Division. The IOE Associate will be assigned by region to an existing territory in which there is potential to convert and grow the business. IOE Associates are accountable for delivering exceptional customer service, driving revenue, supporting clinical education, and executing strategic growth initiatives. The role collaborates with the Regional Manager and territory consultant to provide support and drive sales revenue at identified accounts. Each IOE Associate will report directly to a Regional Sales Manager. IOE Associates may be required to work outside their primary assignments as required by business conditions./ppYour responsibilities will include:/pulliBuild strong customer relationships through routine visits, product demonstrations, educational programs, product in-services, procedural observation, and problem resolution./liliEstablish relationships with Physicians, Nurses, Technicians, Materials Management, Nuclear Medicine, Hospital Administration, and Infection Control./liliProcedural support in a competitive environment./liliWorks seamlessly with Sales Consultant allowing them increased selling time./liliTake on revenue-generating projects and goals to support account ownership./liliWork closely with Sales Consultants and Regional Sales Managers to evaluate business conditions and sales trends./liliAssist in developing quarterly/annual business plans to achieve revenue targets./liliProvide timely updates to Regional Manager on ongoing business activities, competitive conditions, industry trends, etc./liliManage expense budget and promotional budget within the guidelines./liliMaintain Sales Rep Assigned Inventory (SRAI)/liliConduct quarterly and off-cycle inventory counts./liliTimely completion of required training as assigned./liliMaintain accurate records of sales and secure purchase orders./liliSubmit any required administrative paperwork in a timely manner./liliConduct all sales activities according to Travel Entertainment (TE) guidelines, Advanced Policies, and Integrity Policies./liliOccasional weekends, trade shows, internal meetings and/or meeting participation, committed travel 30-40%/li/ulpMinimum Qualifications:/pulliBachelors degree in business, life sciences, health care, or a related field; or equivalent work experience/liliMinimum of 2 years experience in sales, clinical support, health care, or a customer-facing business role/liliDemonstrated history of meeting or exceeding sales quotas, performance metrics, or measurable business objectives/liliValid drivers license and ability to travel a minimum of 30% to 40%./liliAbility to lift and transport product inventory and equipment, as required by territory needs./liliProficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) systems/li/ulpThe anticipated annualized base amount or range for this full time position will be $60,000, plus variable compensation governed by the Sales Incentive Compensation Plan (which includes certain annual non-discretionary incentives based on predetermined objectives) as well as the value of core and optional benefits offered at BSC, which can be reviewed at Actual compensation will be commensurate with demonstrable level of experience and training, pertinent education including licensure and certifications, and other relevant business or organizational needs./p/div
