Join us at Andersen, and together, lets write the story of your success!/ph3The Role/h3pSenior Associates in our Private Client Services practice, manage and support their team on multiple engagements for a wide range of sophisticated clients, including some of the Wealthiest Families in the US, Family Offices, Owner Operated Business Entities, Alternative Investment Fund Principals, Trusts and Estates./ppSenior Associates can expect to:/pulliReview and prepare complex tax returns;/liliEngage in the tax planning and consulting process;/liliCollaborate with engagement team to identify and research complex client issues and recommend solutions;/liliDraft technical tax memoranda;/liliProvide regular updates to clients;/liliAssist in project management of compliance and consulting engagements;/liliSupervise, train and mentor Associates and Interns; and/liliReceive formal PCS and on the job training in daily interactions with top tax leaders to learn more about legislative changes, wealth transfer techniques, charitable giving strategies, buy/sell agreement planning, etc./li/ulh3The Requirements/h3ulli2+ years of relevant tax experience;/liliBachelors and/or relevant advanced degree (MAcc, MST, JD); Accounting, Finance, Economics or related (Preferred). Minimum GPA: 3.0./liliAdvanced credential or desire to obtain advanced credential allowing for IRS client representation (i.e. CPA or JD);/liliSelf-starter with the initiative to seek out opportunities and ability to work successfully in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment; and/liliProficient use of technology./li/ulpstrongCompensation and Benefits/strong/ppOur firm offers a competitive base salary and comprehensive benefits package designed to support the well-being, growth, and long-term success of our people. Employees may enroll in the firms 401(k) plan upon hire.
