Overview
In partnership with the Health & Wellness Producer, the Client Service Consultant (CSC) is responsible for ensuring the delivery of exceptional client service to Gallagher’s larger clients. This role drives the execution of client service strategies, guiding the service team to effectively support client objectives and deliver consistent, high-quality outcomes. You will serve as the central point of accountability for all aspects of client service delivery, coordinating across internal teams to ensure a seamless and proactive client experience. This position champions branch initiatives and priorities while building strong client relationships and identifying opportunities to enhance service effectiveness and overall client satisfaction. Working collaboratively with the broader service team, you will provide leadership, direction, and hands-on support for service-related activities to ensure successful execution. The role plays a critical part in aligning service delivery with client strategy, driving operational excellence, and contributing to client retention and growth. This is a hybrid role, based in our Dallas office three days per week, with some regional travel required. How you'll make an impact Support Producers in the development and execution of client strategies and service plans Serve as a primary point of contact for client service needs; respond to inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner Coordinate internal resources (, analytics, compliance, vendors, carriers) to deliver client solutions Manage ongoing service deliverables including renewals, implementations, and plan changes Prepare client communications, reports, presentations, and materials for meetings Monitor and track service performance to ensure commitments are met and identify improvement opportunities Maintain accurate client records and documentation in accordance with compliance standards Identify opportunities to enhance client solutions and escalate potential risks or issues Support client retention efforts and contribute to growth initiatives Builds and maintains effective client relationships through proactive communication and responsiveness Contributes to client satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth Ensures consistent delivery of Gallagher’s service standards and value proposition Resolves routine to moderately complex client service issues using established processes and sound judgment Applies knowledge of benefits, products, and services to recommend solutions About You Bachelor’s degree preferred Life & Health license required Deep employee benefits industry knowledge and experience is required Minimum of 5+ years of client service experience Knowledge of health & wellness plans, insurance products, and compliance requirements Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with BenAdmin systems a plus Proficient in using technology as a tool to maximize productivity and quality #LI-DK3 Compensation and benefits At Gallagher, we believe supporting our colleagues goes far beyond the role itself.
