The Branch Supervisor will be responsible for supporting daily branch operations while providing supervision and guidance to front-line staff. This role ensures operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and exceptional member service while driving performance that meets or exceeds branch goals. The Branch Supervisor plays a key role in auditing, member experience and loan operations, team development, and serves in a leadership capacity in the Branch Manager's absence. Our Branch Supervisor must embody Pelican's Core Values and provide excellent service in all that they do.
