The Money Store is seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Condominium Approval Manager. The Specialist is responsible for conducting thorough reviews of condominium project documentation, including HOA questionnaires, budgets, insurance policies, and by-laws to determine project eligibility based on agency, (Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac), and internal guidelines. This role manages the condominium project approval process from initial submission through final determination and works closely with internal departments, developers, homeowners' associations (HOAs), attorneys, and external stakeholders to ensure all warrantable projects meet safety and compliance standards.
