Associate Manager, Field Service (Remote)

As an Associate Manager, Field Service, you will lead a diverse team of Field Technicians in the Mid-South Region of the US to develop their individual talents while driving the performance of the MedSurg and Neurotechnology Instrument Business Unit.

50% travel throughout KS, OK, AR, LA, MS, AL

What You Will Do :

• You will lead a regional team of Field Service Technicians with a focus on development and professional growth within the Mid-South territory : KS, OK, AR, LA, MS, AL
• Manage metrics to measure the growth and performance of the internal team and authorized service providers
• You will champion data analysis to drive insights and decision-making within a rapidly growing business
• Constantly analyze, refine, and iterate on internal processes to make them more efficient

What You Need :

• Bachelor's degree required
• 6 years of relevant work experience
• 2 years people leadership preferred
• Vendor management experience preferred
• Experience with SAP, Salesforce, and ServiceMax or equivalent ERP / CRM / FSM

$85,500.00 - $140,100.00 salary plus bonus eligible + benefits. Actual minimum and maximum may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.

Travel Percentage : 50%
