****Are you a highly experienced Financial Advisor with a proven track record of success? Our client is a boutique wealth management firm operating like a Family Office, seeking for motivated and independent 1099 Financial Advisors to join our growing team. Why join us? Acquisition Opportunities: Their unique approach includes acquiring CPA firms, allowing their Financial Advisors to sell services to their existing client bases 17 . We also help advisors acquire books of business with a clear path to equity ownership. Growth Strategies: Our client provides firm-level "turnkey " seminar marketing libraries and can help you define the best strategies for success 19 . They can assist in growing your AUM both organically and through book acquisition. Team Collaboration & Succession: Whether you want to build a team or join an existing one, we support a holistic team approach. We can also assist with financing if you are interested in purchasing a book of business. Robust Resources: Benefit from our true open architecture and multiple contract options. We have a dedicated asset management division with four CFAs, approved portfolios, and in-house resources, as well as an internal Financial Planning team and a Case Design team to support your clients. Unrivaled Compensation: Our client has substantial capital, offering transition money and upfront compensation that is highly competitive. Family Office Structure: We operate with a Family Office type structure, providing comprehensive support for your practice.
