Serene Gardens is currently looking for a Maintenance Technician for our assisted living communities in Grand Blanc and Davison.
This position is responsible for the general maintenance of the buildings and property's.
This position will troubleshoot problems, perform general repairs and preventative maintenance and work with outside contractors when necessary to ensure the properties are kept in good repair and up to code.
