The Opportunity

We're hunting for a fearless, charismatic Field Sales Representative who can own the Tampa Bay market and become the embodiment of Full Throttle Marine. This is a commission-only role for someone who doesn't just tolerate outdoor environments—they thrive in them. Boat shows, fishing tournaments, marinas, waterfront events, private docks—these are your hunting grounds. You'll build unshakeable relationships with boat owners and turn conversations into loyal, recurring revenue streams.

You'll move our flat-rate service packages and Full Throttle Club memberships with the kind of authenticity and energy that makes people actually want to do business with you. What You'll Do

• Own the Tampa Bay waterfront—marinas, boat ramps, yacht clubs, dry stacks, and private docks become your territory
• Command the room at boat shows, fishing tournaments, waterfront festivals, and high-traffic community events
• Hunt down and engage recreational powerboat owners with a consultative, relationship-first sales approach that actually works
• Close deals on service packages (maintenance, detailing, repair) and Full Throttle Club memberships that generate recurring revenue
• Build strategic partnerships with marina managers, dock masters, and marine retailers that become referral machines
• Keep your pipeline loaded and deliver weekly activity reports that prove your dominance
• Be the living, breathing embodiment of Full Throttle Marine—professional, polished, and genuinely passionate about the boating lifestyle

What We're Looking For

• Natural communicator who builds authentic connections instantly—you read people and adapt your approach effortlessly
• Self-directed entrepreneur with an ownership mentality—you don't need hand-holding; you execute and own the results
• Energized by outdoor environments—docks, events, sun, and salt air aren't just tolerable; they're where you come alive
• Proven sales track record (preferred); marine, outdoor, or lifestyle industry experience is a serious advantage
• Existing network within the local boating or fishing community—this is gold for us
• Reliable transportation and valid Florida driver's license (non-negotiable)
• Professional presence paired with genuine enthusiasm for the water lifestyle
• Bilingual capability (English/Spanish) is highly valued in this market

20% of every FT Club membership you sell. 10% of every service ticket you book. Cross $5,000 in earnings in a month and your rates jump 50% for the rest of the month — Club becomes 30%, services become 15%.

Modeled earnings: $49K baseline, $65K target, $82K stretch. Overachievers in a dense market push past $117K.
