Seeking a Co-Founder & CEO to lead a remote, equity-based partnership in the development of Crossfoot, an AI-native accounting agent platform for small-to-mid CPA firms, focusing on strategy, customer development, product iteration, capital raising, and team leadership. Key responsibilities Refine the ideal customer profile, pricing model, and product positioning Lead customer pilots and convert engagements with CPA firm managing partners and outsourced-accounting operators Partner with the product and engineering team to develop and iterate on the initial product version Required qualifications Previous founding experience at a venture-backed company Demonstrated success in B2B AI or B2B SaaS go-to-market strategies Fluency in fundraising with the ability to develop investor narratives Proven ability to attract and retain top talent Deep accounting domain expertise with hands-on experience in CPA firm operations
