Proactively monitor and service the BAS system, up to and including using the on-screen monitoring and console station to perform real time adjustments to monitored systems. Work with the BAS team to maintain optimum uptime and perform PM tasks to ensure operational effectiveness of the BAS network. Interaction with customers, customer service team and skilled trades to populate and administer work orders for supervisor disbursement. The BAS Admin works with the Maintenance Management Team to collaborate and build cost-effective and innovative workflow improvements for the department.
Major duties include:
- Maintain BAS systems
- Develop Long and short-term schedules and forecast to maintain and improve building systems and assets.
- Provide input and collaborate with skilled trades and BAS team.
- Work with management, planners, and engineers to project skilled trades manpower and workload.
- Assist in improving workforce efficiencies, cost effectiveness and customer satisfaction.
- Focus on continuous improvement and innovation as a way of life.

Requirements
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Information/Computer Sciences, or related fields or 5 years of experience in facilities management, building automation system design and/or maintenance systems or programming with HS Diploma/GED.
- Good oral and written communication skills are important.
- Provide examples of leadership skills and decision making.
- Familiarity with preventive and proactive maintenance concepts.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master of Science degree in Engineering, Information/Computer Engineering or related fields.
- Stellantis Industrial Systems (SIS), or related continuous improvement process, experience is a plus.
- Facilities Management certifications and/or Energy Management accreditations
