To enhance audience engagement through innovative content, the contract Senior Content Marketing Strategist will focus on developing and executing short-form video strategies for YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram, working remotely and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive newsletter subscriptions and leads. Key responsibilities Analyze performance metrics and optimize content strategies using analytics tools to improve audience growth and engagement Develop and maintain video-first content calendars for short-form channels, aligning production schedules with brand goals Craft platform-optimized storytelling, including hooks and captions, to enhance discovery and engagement across social media platforms Required qualifications 3-5 years of experience in short-form video strategy or social media marketing, preferably with exposure to podcast marketing Proficiency in social media platforms and tools, including YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok, along with analytics tools for performance measurement Experience writing engaging copy for digital and social platforms that drives audience growth and engagement Familiarity with creative tools like Adobe Premiere Pro or CapCut to provide informed briefs and feedback to editors Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while collaborating cross-functionally
