Luxury Custom Home Project Manager
We're seeking a skilled Project Manager with experience in luxury custom home construction. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in managing high-end, one-of-a-kind projects with precision and professionalism. Requirements :
- 5+ years of custom home construction experience OR a Construction Management degree with 3+ years hands-on experience
- Proven ability to manage 24 custom homes at a time.
- Proficiency with BuilderTrend (required); Procore, CoConstruct, and Google Suite a plus
- Strong critical thinking, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
- Prior business ownership experience is a plus
