About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Accounts Payable Director to join our growing team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in leading and mentoring the Accounts Payable Supervisor and team, overseeing all aspects of AP accounting, including accruals, reconciliations, subledger tie-outs, and amortization schedules. This position is critical to redesigning and implementing scalable AP processes across various legal entities, troubleshooting, optimizing system workflows, and supporting the seamless integration of newly acquired companies while ensuring standardization. Candidates should have a robust background in AP process design and system optimization, coupled with a solid understanding of accounting principles. A proven track record of leading teams in a fast-paced, high-volume environment is essential, along with exceptional communication skills and a continuous-improvement mindset. While a degree is preferred, we value relevant experience highly in our selection process. Collaboration with internal departments, including corporate, field operations, procurement, and controllers, is a key aspect of this role.
