  • Prepare thoroughly for each training session, employing adult learning principles to facilitate effective knowledge transfer and maintain high participant engagement levels.
  • Actively contribute to the refinement and enrichment of training materials, documentation, and communication tools to enhance program quality and instructional consistency.
  • Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness through participant feedback and outcome assessments, suggesting improvements as necessary to meet organizational goals.
  • Maintain effective communication channels with stakeholders and participants to support ongoing learning and address any training-related inquiries or concerns promptly.

Qualifications:

  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to present complex information clearly and engagingly to adult learners from various backgrounds.
  • Strong knowledge of automotive products and parts, enabling accurate and relevant instruction aligned with current market offerings.
  • Adeptness in adapting training delivery methods and materials to suit both in-person and potentially virtual training environments, enhancing accessibility and learning outcomes.
  • Technical background with hands-on experience in the automotive sector, demonstrating a solid understanding of vehicle systems and components.
  • Minimum of five years of experience delivering adult education programs, preferably in automotive or technical training contexts.
  • Relevant certifications or credentials related to automotive technology, training, or education are highly desirable.
