Springvale Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is a leading senior care provider located in Croton-On-Hudson, NY. As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to our residents. We are seeking dedicated and compassionate RNs to join our team, available to work all shifts.
Registered Nurse (RN) Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care to our residents, including administering medications, wound care, and ECGs
Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with our interdisciplinary team
Monitor and report changes in patient condition to ensure timely interventions and optimal outcomes
Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment
Collaborate with our healthcare team to ensure comprehensive care and support

Registered Nurse (RN) Requirements:
Current RN licensure in the State of New York
Prior experience preferred. Graduates are Welcome!
