This is a PM shift and offers an 18% shift differential on weekdays and 26% on weekends.

From assessing and coordinating care to mentoring staff, you'll ensure high-quality, compassionate care is delivered across all stages of life.

In this role, you will :

Champion evidence-based practices to deliver meaningful and cost-effective healthcare.

Guide, support, and inspire nursing staff through coaching and development.

Promote a culture of excellence, collaboration, and accountability.

Align team performance with organizational goals to drive impactful results.

Serve as a key resource and decision-maker in daily clinical operations.

Hourly Pay Range : $41.56 - $61.30
