Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Del Rosa Villa Post Acute Location: San Bernardino, CA Position Type: Full-Time Pay Range: $18.50-$21.00 per hour (depending on experience) Start Date: Immediate openings available About the Role Del Rosa Villa Post Acute is seeking compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our care team.
This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about providing hands-on care and making a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents. As a CNA at Del Rosa Villa, you will be part of a supportive, team-oriented environment where residents are treated with dignity, respect, and genuine care. Key Responsibilities * Provide direct, hands-on care and assistance to residents with activities of daily living * Assist residents with mobility, personal hygiene, grooming, meals, and comfort needs * Support residents' emotional well-being and promote a positive, respectful environment * Collaborate with nurses, therapists, and interdisciplinary team members to deliver high-quality care * Observe and report changes in residents' conditions to nursing staff * Follow facility policies, procedures, and safety guidelines Qualifications * Current California Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification * Strong commitment to resident-centered care * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Dependable, positive, and team-oriented attitude * Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment About Del Rosa Villa Post Acute Del Rosa Villa Post Acute is a skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility located in San Bernardino, California.
