Job description
Supporting global supply chain operations, the full-time Sr. Associate of Logistics / Supply Chain - International, located in Germany or Switzerland, will manage international logistics execution, trade compliance, and vendor coordination for cross-border patient material movements. Key Responsibilities Coordinate end-to-end international shipments, ensuring compliance with chain-of-identity and chain-of-custody requirements Support international trade compliance processes and assist with documentation for import/export activities Manage operational interactions with logistics providers and track vendor performance for timely delivery Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Life Sciences, or a related field 3-6 years of experience in logistics or supply chain within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry Experience managing international shipments and related documentation Conversational proficiency in English and at least one additional EU language (e.g., German, French, Italian, or Spanish) Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
