To support the treatment of adolescents, the part-time Texas Licensed IOP Therapist will provide behavioral health care, including ongoing assessment, treatment planning, and family therapy in a fully remote outpatient setting during evening hours. Key responsibilities Manage patient care through continuous interaction and role-modeling while organizing activities and maintaining documentation Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans to address patients' biopsychosocial needs Facilitate family therapy sessions and assist in discharge planning Required qualifications Master's Degree in Social Work or a related mental health field from an accredited institution Minimum of one year of experience in a psychiatric healthcare facility, with direct experience in family and group therapies State license as an LMSW, LCSW, LPC Intern, LPC, LMFT-A, or LMFT CPR Certification and CPI training must be completed prior to providing direct patient care services Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as required
