Responsibilities Work with clients to plan short‑ and long‑term financial goals by building a financial plan with brokerage products, including stocks, bonds, mutual funds, annuities, and bank and money‑managed solutions. Recommend banking and investment strategies that align with client financial goals and needs. Triage client requests and make referrals to appropriate internal service providers based on client needs and asset thresholds. Mitigate and control risk as part of daily activities. Identify and engage potential new clients through referrals or financial center clientele. Provide coaching and feedback to referral partners based on knowledge of client needs and potential product services recommended. Build and nurture strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. Collaborate effectively with others, manage goals, navigate complexity, and execute in a fast‑paced environment. Apply and expand knowledge by completing required licenses and trainings. Maintain compliance with SAFE Act registration requirements for residential mortgage loan originations. Required Qualifications Currently holds Series 7 and 66 licenses; or holds 63 or 65 with intention to pass the missing series within 60 days. Minimum of one year of experience in the investments industry, including investment training and in‑depth knowledge of investment products and services. Minimum of one year of experience in the financial service industry or in a sales environment where goals were met or exceeded. Demonstrated ability to set and accomplish goals, build strong relationships, and collaborate effectively. Strong communication skills and confidence in engaging all clients. Efficient time and capacity management in a fast‑paced environment. Thorough consideration of regulatory due diligence in daily activities and long‑term strategies for clients. Desired Qualifications Strong computer skills and ability to multitask in a demanding environment. Minimum of three years of experience in the financial service industry or a sales environment with proven results. Additional professional designations such as Certified Financial Planner (CFP) or Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor (CRPC). Insurance licenses are an asset.
