The Business Analyst will facilitate use case identification, requirements gathering, and stakeholder coordination for technology integration initiatives. This role ensures technology insertions align with mission goals, operational priorities, and measurable outcomes while managing stakeholder expectations and communication.
Responsibilities:
·Lead use case identification and prioritization activities with mission stakeholders
·Gather and document requirements for technology integration pilots
·Facilitate stakeholder workshops and coordination meetings
·Translate mission pain points into technology capability requirements
·Develop business cases and value propositions for technology insertions
·Define measurable objectives and success criteria for pilot initiatives
·Coordinate between technical teams and operational stakeholders
·Document operational workflows and identify friction points for automation
·Support governance review processes with business impact analysis
·Develop metrics frameworks for measuring pilot and production outcomes
·Create stakeholder communications and status reports
·Manage requirements traceability throughout integration lifecycle
·Support leadership alignment activities with briefings and documentation
·Facilitate lessons learned and continuous improvement processes
·Ensure pilot scope discipline and clear exit/transition decisions
Required Skills:
oU.S. Citizenship
oActive DoD Secret; TS/SCI preferred
oAbility to obtain Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Entry on Duty (EOD) Suitability
o5+ years of experience as a business analyst or requirements analyst
oStrong requirements gathering and documentation skills
oExperience with use case development and user story creation
oKnowledge of business process analysis and improvement methodologies
oExcellent facilitation and stakeholder management skills
oExperience with project coordination and tracking
oStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities
oProficiency with business analysis tools and techniques
oExcellent written and verbal communication skills

Required Education:
BS in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related degree; or HS Diploma and 7+ years of directly relevant experience
