Responsible for administering the day-to-day activities of the business office, including:
Assist the dentist with other tasks as assigned.
Runs scheduling for Dentist and Hygienist.
Understands KPI, PPO insurances and understanding of handling dental team and patient concerns, and team necessity aimed for growth.
Open dental proficiency including Claims and postings.
