Working out of our Chicago, IL global headquarters, we are looking for our next Director of Commercial Development. Working within the sales department, you will report directly to our Vice President of Sales for the US.
The Director of Commercial Development is a senior sales leadership role responsible for driving organic revenue growth across our domestic freight brokerage while cross selling our international capabilities. This role is highly focused on new business development, expanding existing customer relationships, and leading a sales team to consistently grow market share and wallet share. Success will be measured by sales growthboth from the business the Director personally develops and from the results achieved by the sales professionals they lead and support.
This role is critical to scaling the business. The Director of Commercial Development directly impacts top-line revenue by winning new customers, expanding existing relationships, and building a high-performing sales team that consistently drives growth.
This is a full-time permanent position: Monday to Friday & training provided onsite.
