Health Source Group is a fast-growing healthcare staffing firm placing nurses and clinicians with schools, Departments of Education, non-profits, and hospitals. We're hiring a VP, Strategy & Delivery to lead day-to-day execution, drive growth, and build a high-performing team — with a clear path to broader enterprise leadership. This is a senior role for an accomplished staffing leader who wants to be a true partner to the CEO in a high-growth, entrepreneurial environment. What you'll do Lead delivery across business development, recruiting, placement, and client service for all healthcare staffing lines Turn company strategy into clear plans, KPIs, and accountable execution across Long Island and regional markets Hire, coach, and develop a high-performing team of recruiters, account managers, and coordinators Partner with the CEO on growth — leading pitches, renewals, and RFPs with DOE entities, non-profits, and hospitals Leverage data, dashboards, and AI-enabled tools to improve fill rates, margins, forecasting, and service quality Standardize processes across credentialing, compliance, onboarding, scheduling, and field staff oversight What we're looking for 7–12+ years in healthcare staffing, with significant nurse staffing and multi-site/multi-client experience Prior leadership as a Regional Director, Director/VP of Client Services, or similar Proven success scaling teams and delivery in a small-to-mid-size, high-growth setting — strategic and hands-on Strong business development instincts: RFPs, renewals, upselling, and growing key institutional accounts Working knowledge of AI-driven tools and automation in recruiting, scheduling, CRM/ATS, and reporting Excellent people-leadership and communication skills, with comfort engaging senior stakeholders Health Source Group is looking for future-minded, hands-on, results-driven, and low-ego — someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can grow into broader enterprise responsibility.
