The Scheduling Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and managing caregiver schedules to ensure each client's needs are consistently met. This role requires timely communication, strong organizational skills, and a calm approach to problem solving in a fast paced home care environment.
Reports to: Care Team Manager or Owner
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM with participation in the on call rotation for after hours and weekend urgent coverage.
Compensation: $18.00 to $20.00 per hour based on experience with a 90 day performance review and potential increase.

Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required, associate degree preferred. Minimum one year in a staffing, scheduling, or logistics role. Home care experience required. WellSky scheduling software experience required. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Calm under pressure with strong problem solving ability. Comfortable with early morning starts and on call responsibilities. Must hold or be willing to cover shifts in the field as needed. Genuine passion for serving seniors and their families.
