The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for supporting customers, sales staff, and production personnel by processing orders, preparing quotations, coordinating deliveries, and providing excellent customer service for commercial wood doors and custom machining products. This position plays a key role in ensuring orders are accurate, on schedule, and communicated effectively throughout the production process.
Associate degree preferred but not required.
13 years of inside sales, customer service, manufacturing, millwork, or related industry experience preferred.
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient with Microsoft Outlook and Excel.
Experience with ERP or inventory management systems preferred (BisTrack/Epicor experience is a plus).
Primarily sedentary office work.
Frequent computer and phone use.
Occasional lifting of up to 10 pounds.
Office environment within a commercial wood door and manufacturing operation.
Fast-paced setting requiring frequent communication with customers, vendors, and internal departments.
Maintain strong customer service and professionalism.
Process orders accurately and efficiently.
Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams.
Demonstrate reliability, teamwork, and attention to detail.
