We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Manager to lead our growing Construction Operations Division, which handles a wide array of field operations in heavy civil construction.
Position Overview: We are looking for an experienced Construction Manager with a solid dual background in heavy civil construction field operations and project management to oversee all aspects of our Construction Operations Division, which is mostly focused on transportation projects (roads, bridges, rail, tunnels, etc.). This individual will be responsible for leading construction projects from planning to completion, ensuring all field operations are efficiently executed, and providing both strategic and hands-on leadership.
The role requires leadership across key functional areas like engineering, surveying (layout, as-builts, etc.), field testing, inspection and close coordination with remote engineering teams for technical support.
