CDL-A Solo Drivers - Job Overview



  • Pay that rewards the miles. Solo drivers start up to 69CPM, plus a 4CPM safety/service bonus on top of base pay - with fast, uncapped pay increases as you gain experience.*

  • Home time you can count on. Run consistent OTR miles with planned home time every one to two weeks.

  • Freight that keeps you rolling. Run 100% no-touch freight with a high percentage of drop & hook loads, cutting dock time and keeping your week productive.

  • Long hauls, steady earnings. Long OTR routes keep the miles - and the paychecks - consistent, week after week.



CDL-A Team Drivers - Job Overview



  • Team pay built to add up. Teams start at 82-88CPM based on location, plus a 4CPM safety/service bonus and fast, uncapped pay increases.*

  • Home time you can count on. Run consistent team miles with planned home time every one to two weeks.

  • Freight that keeps you rolling. Run 100% no-touch freight with a high percentage of drop & hook loads.

  • Built for maximum miles. Longer OTR hauls mean more miles per week and more earning potential for your team.

Veteran Appreciation



  • Your service pays off. Military service members can apply at least half their time in service toward their starting pay rate.

  • 88MIC experience counts in full. 100% of 88MIC experience counts toward your starting pay rate.

  • What you'll need. A DD214 showing honorable discharge is required to verify military pay credit.



All pay and bonus amounts may vary by job type, location, experience level, and performance and are subject to change based on company discretion. Base CPM ranges from 47-88. Talk with a recruiter to confirm specific details.
