This is a 1099 independent contractor position offering high miles, modern equipment, and excellent flexibility with no forced dispatch . Drive the miles you want and manage your own schedule with a driver-focused team. What We Offer High Volume Miles: Consistent average of 3,200+ miles per week Premium Pay: $0.80 CPM for all miles Freight Profile: 100% No-Touch Freight | 70% Drop & Hook Dispatch Flexibility: True No Forced Dispatch—you choose your loads Accessorial Pay: Layover Pay: $150 Detention Pay: $25/hour (after 2 hours at the dock) Modern, Reliable Equipment Run comfortably and safely in exceptionally well-maintained, late-model trucks governed at 72 mph : 2024–2027 Volvo (760 and 860 models) 2024–2027 Freightliner Cascadia Flexible Home Time Options Choose the schedule that fits your life: Out 2 weeks / Home 2 days Out 3 weeks / Home 4 days Out 4 weeks / Home 5 days Job Requirements License: Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL-A) Experience: Minimum of 12 months of verifiable Class A driving experience within the last 3 years. Route Readiness: Must be prepared and willing to run all 48 states (excluding New York City). Tax Classification: Understanding and acceptance of 1099 independent contractor tax status.
