LOCATION REQUIREMENT:
Candidate must live within our operating territory ideally closer to Fairfield County, CT. We will not move forward with candidates who do not reside in New York or Connecticut.
POSITION SUMMARY: We're seeking a Coaching Manager to support the growth, development, and operations of our coaching team. This role combines recruitment, staffing, coach engagement, and hands-on coaching to ensure every class runs smoothly and maintains the highest standards. You'll work closely with the Director of Coaching and President to drive program excellence and support franchise-wide initiatives.
