The Retail Merchandising Analytics Manager role is responsible for leveraging analytics and insights to support merchandising strategy, inventory optimization, and product performance. This position focuses on analyzing sales trends, inventory levels, and business performance to inform product rebuys, forecasting, and future inventory needs. The role works closely with Merchants, leadership, and suppliers to align inventory decisions with merchandising objectives while identifying opportunities to improve sell-through, efficiency, and overall inventory health.
