PRISM is seeking a Change Manager to work at the intersection of innovation and precision, ensuring every product and service we deliver is built on a foundation of clear and actionable, and well-managed requirements. This position is located On Site at Langley Air Force Base, Hampton, Virginia 5 Days a Week.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS (SKILLS/EDUCATION): High School with 9+ years (or commensurate experience) Clearance: TS/SCI Eligibility Experience in developing and managing scope, objectives, and requirements Familiarity with agile and waterfall methodologies Proficiency with requirements management tools
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities Ability to prioritize tasks and meet project deadlines ServiceNow understanding and experience Lifecycle Management experience DoD 8140 IAT Level II certification (Security+ CE,CCNA-Security, CySA+,CND) Certifications: - PROSCI C - PMP
