Salary Range: $97,000 - $144,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and maintain all IT infrastructure, hardware, and software systems.
• Manage the implementation and support of manufacturing-specific software (e.g., ERP, MES).
• Develop and enforce IT security policies and procedures to protect sensitive data.
• Lead and mentor IT staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Manage IT projects from planning to execution, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Collaborate with department heads to identify and address technology needs.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and data privacy standards.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in IT, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) and their implementation/management in a manufacturing context.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing IT infrastructure, including experience with OT/IT convergence, industrial control systems (ICS), and SCADA.
• Demonstrated ability to manage IT projects, budgets, and teams effectively.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems) implementations or support.
• Familiarity with industrial automation and control systems (SCADA, PLCs).
• Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices for operational technology (OT) environments.
• Certifications in ITIL, PMP, or other relevant project management/service delivery frameworks.
