Ops Tech Alliance (OTA) is seeking an On-Site Program Manager to support PL ALTESS at Radford Army Ammunition Plant, VA. The PM serves as the primary point of contact to the Government and is responsible for end-to-end execution of the ALTESS ITSS contract cost, schedule, performance, and risk across Operations, Cloud, Cybersecurity, and Applications task areas. This position is contingent upon contract award.
