The STRTP Complex Care Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a Short-Term Residential Therapeutic Program (STRTP) serving youth with complex behavioral and mental health needs. This role ensures the delivery of trauma-informed, therapeutic care while maintaining compliance with all regulatory requirements. The Supervisor provides leadership, guidance, and oversight to direct care staff and ensures the program operates safely, effectively, and in alignment with agency standards.

Education and/or Experience
Preferably Bachelor's degree (BA) from four-year college or university; Associate degree (A.A.) with one to two years' experience; or three to four years' related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Training Provided: RCS provides an in-depth onboarding and training orientation, which includes CPR/First Aid, Crisis Communication/Pro-ACT, Trauma-Informed Care, Motivational Interviewing, Collaborative Problem Solving, introductions to all RCS departments, and other valuable trainings
