The Nantucket Boys & Girls Club is seeking a strategic Chief Advancement Officer to lead the organization into its next stage of growth. This leader is responsible for creating and implementing a comprehensive fundraising and marketing strategy, plan, and engine to support the Nantucket Boys & Girls Club. Working collaboratively with the Chief Executive Officer, the leadership team, and with the Board, this leader will build a fund development program to include major and individual gifts, foundation grants, endowment, corporate sponsorships, events, and other strategies to raise significant funds annually. The Chief Advancement Officer will drive awareness and advocacy of NBGC's mission, need, and deliverables that reflect the diverse Nantucket demographics and ensure the funds to make the mission a reality.
From May to October the position will be based on Nantucket Island while there will be flexibility during the shoulder months. Annual Club events fall in early June (Sam Sylvia Golf Tournament) and August (Tim Russert Summer Groove).
