The second shift Environmental Services (EVS) Operations Manager is responsible for assisting in directing and overseeing the operational needs of the department. You will coordinate the tasks of the frontline team members and act as a liaison for the department providing the highest possible level of service to our patients, visitors, and the community we serve. This position requires monitoring of ongoing matters related to system/hospital initiatives in order to assure highest patient and customer satisfaction levels, strong team member relations, and achievements of goals set by the department. Must ensure that all personnel under their operational influence comply with all hospital, government, and system policies and procedures.
Requirements:
Must be a high school graduate or equivalent.
A minimum of two years EVS experience required with a minimum of one-year supervisory experience in a support service related field(s) with high customer service.
