Youth Opportunity is a nationally recognized leader in residential and behavioral health treatment for at-risk youth. Our New Hope Youth Center in New Hope, Michigan, provides trauma-informed short-term and long-term residential care for females ages 10-17 who have experienced abuse or neglect.
We support youth who present with behavioral and mental health needs, offering a structured, therapeutic environment focused on individualized mental health services. Programming includes individual, family, and group therapy, life skills training, and educational services designed to help youth build a foundation for a successful and healthy future. The typical length of stay depends on the youth's progress toward individualized treatment goals and securing appropriate aftercare placement.
We are a 24/7, 365-day-a-year facility dedicated to healing, treatment, and ongoing support as youth work toward reintegration into their communities.

The Shift Supervisor oversees facility operations and supervises direct care staff during assigned shifts.
