FitLife in Great Falls, MT is seeking a General Manager to oversee all operations within the health club. This position manages and leads the team in acquiring production goals that meet the business's financial needs for growth, ensures the highest quality of service for our members, works directly with the Assistant Manager on a daily basis to supervise the sales team, and creates a fun work environment for our employees and members.
We are looking for someone who has Health Club Management Experience. While this is not a deal-breaker, it is preferred. The ideal candidate understands and thrives in production-based business. At the end of the day, numbers are what matter. You MUST be comfortable in coaching others and motivating a sales team. Therefore, sales experience is a plus. You will be coached and have the tools to get you started, but at the end of the day you must be very good at getting things done.
We are looking for someone competitive by nature. You work hard and go straight for the goal. You strive for growth and success. We are NOT looking for someone who needs to be managed constantly or can only do what they're told and how to do it.
We are looking for someone who is assertive but also a team player. You aren't afraid to take charge. As the leader of a team, you must inspire confidence, optimism, and trust in those around you. This means that a certain level of social intelligence is involved, as you will be working with many different personality types on staff and with members.
