They have been in business for over 2 decades with the same core team, a Local 537 workforce, and an in-house fabrication facility that keeps quality high and schedules intact. As a PM here, you run your jobs. There is no layer of senior PMs reviewing every action before you can act. And unlike most mechanical subs, your compensation is tied directly to how your projects perform.
