About the Opportunity A respected community-based healthcare organization in northeastern Nevada is seeking a People Services Director. This senior leadership role reports directly to the Chief Executive Officer and serves as a strategic advisor to the executive team. This is an opportunity to lead the Human Resources function for a well-established acute care hospital, guiding workforce strategy, employee engagement, labor relations, and organizational development initiatives. The Director will oversee one HR team member and support a workforce of over 200 employees Key Responsibilities
Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree required Minimum 7 years of progressive Human Resources leadership experience Strong employee relations experience
Preferred Qualifications HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, etc.) Prior healthcare industry experience Union/labor relations experience
Required Skill Sets Strategic HR Leadership & Workforce Planning Employee & Labor Relations Management Talent Acquisition & Retention Strategy HR Compliance & Regulatory Knowledge Data-Driven Decision Making
