Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of their factory floor and ensure efficient production processes. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in lean manufacturing, operational P&L management, and expertise in metal fabrication, welding, and assembly.
