We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Director, Head of Investments for AIM (Advyzon Investment Management) to help lead and scale the firm's trading and investment management functions. The ideal candidate will help to oversee the trading and investment teams, ensuring operational excellence across trading, new capability development, third party strategist platform growth, transition management, tax loss harvesting, and portfolio implementation. This individual will play a key role in guiding the growth of the new AIM Alternatives Model Marketplace. This role requires a strategic operator with strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills who can develop scalable operational processes, enhance service delivery, and support the continued growth of the AIM platform.
