A stable, family-owned legacy business with more than 50 years of success is seeking an experienced small business controller to support leadership during a planned succession transition.
The controller will oversee the company's accounting operations, manage financial reporting, and supervise a small team of administrative professionals.
This hire is being made immediately due to a planned retirement and will allow for a smooth financial leadership transition.
This position is based onsite at the company's headquarters supporting a closely connected small-business leadership team.
The company is financially strong, generating approximately $10M in annual revenue, and is looking for a hands-on financial leader to maintain and strengthen its stable operations.
This is a collaborative small-business environment with long-tenured employees, direct leadership access, and a supportive administrative team.
Up to $120,000 base salary plus bonus.
